fantastic, fantastic, fantastic
I had a fantastic experience during my four nights here! The location was a dream, just steps away from key sights, and the Standard Double Room was cozy and impeccably clean. The craft beer selection at the bar downstairs was a special highlight, and Lee and his wonderful team made sure we felt right at home throughout our stay.
totally recommend 😊❤️

craft beer selection, spacious superior room, convenient scooter rentals
Rooms suffer from dampness and inadequate ventilation!!! It can be a hassle to manage the noise from the bar downstairs, and the layout could use improvement for better comfort!!!

Helpful staff provided assistance with maps.
Our room was quite small, and we found it challenging due to the noisy environment late at night. the music and voices from downstairs were distracting, making it tough to sleep. Although we managed to stay for one night, the lack of windows in the economy room made it feel a bit claustrophobic. Additionally, the internal room did not meet our expectations in terms of comfort and space.

Positive, I had a great stay! The location was perfect for walking around, and the staff went out of their way to help us, even renting bikes right on the spot. The craft beer selection at the bar was impressive and added to our evenings. The bed was super comfortable too! 😊

the lack of an elevator is just beyond me, who thought this was a good idea? And the bed felt like a rock, absolutely horrid. I nearly gave this place a decent review, but the bathroom situation woudl ve been a travesty too. All that. I didn’t even get an upgrade. Unbelieveable!

The welcoming staff provided detailed recommendations and a handy map for exploring, making every moment enjoyable. The room featured a comfortable mattress and even included umbrellas for unexpected rain. While the lively atmosphere was inviting, it sometimes led to noise late into the night, and the absence of an elevator made luggage handling a bit cumbersome. The craft beer selection at the bar also stood out, contributing to a cozy after-hours vibe.

Exceptional staff and great craft beer selection
My stay was enhanced by the exceptional assistance from Quyen, who helped me navigate the city and recommended amazing places to eat. Plus, the bar's selection of craft beers was a highlight for me, making my evenings enjoyable. It’s also conveniently located, only a short walk from all the main attractions, but it would have been nice to have better ventilation in my room.
